After a few weeks of not knowing where we were going or where we would wake up, we settled back into our Condo in Groton, CT, for two weeks. Well, sort of!
I am very fortunate to have a close family that has spent a weekend in New Hampshire every year for the last 15 years! It started when my eight cousins and their kids were young, and we wanted them to experience Santa's Village. We have evolved to all stay in one huge house with 16 bedrooms and sleep 34! We headed north on Thursday and left Sunday morning. Another super successful weekend filled with lots of catching up, laughing, and loud voices until all hours ……

A group visited Santa’s Village, puzzles got put together, card games, LRC with lots of quarters, and lots of food.

All of the bald family members in the second

And a picture of the pile of trash we created over 3 nights!
We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving dinner at my sister Ali and TJ's house with my niece Megan and nephew Chewy. It was so great to catch up with them. We look forward to Jack returning to CT for Christmas! After dinner, we headed to GLP to gather with my aunts and cousins for soup, sandwiches and dessert!
The Annual Holiday Lighted Boat Parade on the Mystic River was great as always on the Saturday night after Thanksgiving. Years ago, we participated a few times, but it is really nice, and substantially warmer, to watch from the shore.

Wonderful adventures. Thanks for sharing
